Our partnership is prevention-oriented and dedicated to your health. We are committed to partnering with you in your care so you are always in control of your health.

To ensure an enjoyable acupuncture treatment please follow these 7 tips:

1. Eat a light meal before your appointment.

2. Wear comfortable loose clothing, we need to access your arms, legs, and feet.

3. Arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you find our office. We complete the forms with you on the iPad so no need to be any earlier.

4. Your initial visit is scheduled for 90 minutes. We will review your medical history, current symptoms, and give you a Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment plan. Return visits are scheduled for 60 minutes. The acupuncture pins/needles stay in for about 30-45 minutes. 

5. During your visit, please ask any questions that come to mind! We know this is new for most people and interesting to learn how our medicine works. 

6. Don't plan anything too strenuous the rest of the day so you can relax and enjoy the calming benefits of acupuncture.

7. We accept cash, check, debit, and credit cards, HSA cards with visa/mc logo, and insurance(pending insurance verification). As a courtesy we also take care of your insurance claim filing, we are Tucson's acupuncture experts with insurance billing.
